Before you start
Is Business Data part of the free plugin?
Yes. Business Data works with the free version of Listdom. Connect your Webilia account and use Webilia Credits for supported data actions. Credits are separate from Listdom plans and add-ons, which provide additional features for your directory. A paid Listdom plan is not required to use Business Data.
Are imported businesses published automatically?
No. New imports are drafts. Review the available name, address, contact details, category, and map position before publishing. Business records may not include every field or an image.
How are duplicate records handled?
Listdom checks the saved business-source identifier to avoid reimporting the same business record. This does not identify every manually entered listing with a similar name. Use enrichment to review a match for an existing listing.
How much does it cost?
For supported business search usage, one credit covers five records. Your account starts with the initial 20 credits offered by the first-website connection flow. Enrichment and refresh use their own estimates. Check the displayed cost and balance before confirming an action.
Can I update existing listings?
Yes. Enrich Listings lets you review business matches and compare existing fields with retrieved details. Apply only your selected changes. Refresh Listings retrieves updated details for linked records, with review before saving; it is not an automatic scheduled synchronization.
