These Terms and Conditions describe general terms for using Listdom websites, products, add-ons, apps, toolkits, Listdomer Theme, support resources, and related services provided by Webilia Studio.

By using Listdom websites or products, you are responsible for using them in a lawful and appropriate way and for reviewing the terms that apply to your purchase, license, or subscription.

Listdom includes the core WordPress directory plugin and a broader product ecosystem that may include add-ons, apps, toolkits, Listdomer Theme, documentation, support resources, and website content.

Product pages and documentation are intended to explain capabilities and usage. Specific product access may depend on the plan, bundle, license, or subscription selected at checkout.

Listdom products are intended for use with WordPress directory, listing, and business websites according to the license, plan, or purchase terms that apply to your order.

You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress website, hosting environment, plugins, themes, custom code, user content, and compliance obligations for your own website.

Updates and support availability may depend on your active license, plan, subscription, product type, and the support resources available at the time of your request.

Support is intended to help with Listdom-related questions. It may not include custom development, third-party troubleshooting, hosting administration, or work outside the Listdom product scope.

Checkout happens through the separate payment site at https://pay.listdom.net/. Do not send payment details through ordinary support or contact messages.

Payment terms, taxes, billing, subscription status, and order details may depend on the checkout system and selected product or plan.

Some Listdom purchases may include subscriptions or renewal billing depending on the product or plan selected. Review checkout details before completing a purchase.

Cancellations should be made before the next charge if you do not want a subscription or renewal to continue.

Eligible Listdom purchases have a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund window. Refund requests should use the Request a Refund page.

Review the selected plan and checkout details for its included refund coverage before purchase.

Webilia may update, improve, replace, or discontinue website content, product information, features, pricing, plans, documentation, and support resources over time.

Product descriptions should be read together with current checkout information and documentation.

You should not use Listdom websites, products, or support channels for unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or disruptive activity.

You are responsible for the content, users, listings, transactions, and policies of websites you build or manage with Listdom.

Listdom, Listdomer Theme, related product names, website content, design assets, documentation, and software are owned by Webilia Studio or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Using Listdom products does not transfer ownership of Webilia intellectual property. You retain responsibility for your own website content and materials.

Listdom products and website content are provided for WordPress directory and listing website use, but Webilia cannot guarantee that every product will fit every website, hosting environment, business model, or third-party integration.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Webilia is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profits, third-party service issues, or website problems outside its control.
